Nakshaa.ai is operated by Jairaj Mehra. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how users can ask us to delete their account and data.

We collect the information needed to create and run your account, such as mobile number, name, occupation, city, OTP verification status, session information, saved bookmarks, map activity needed for app features, and support messages you send us.

We use this information to sign you in, show development maps and land-record features, save your preferences, provide support, protect the service, and improve reliability.

The app may use location permission when you choose location-based map features. Location is used to show your position or nearby map context. It is not sold.

We use trusted service providers for hosting, database, OTP delivery, maps, storage, and app infrastructure. These providers process data only to help us operate Nakshaa.ai.

We do not sell personal data.

We protect data using HTTPS, access controls, and limited operational access. No online service is perfectly risk-free, but we work to keep user information secure.

You can request account deletion at nakshaa.ai/delete-account. After OTP verification, we delete your Nakshaa.ai account and associated personal data from active systems. Some records may be retained only if required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute reasons.
